Thank you for shopping with Head Kandy! If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return process.
Return Window: You may return item(s) within 45 days of the purchase date.
Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, item(s) must be in like new condition and in the original packaging – including the product tray.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of the items, the following items are not eligible for return.
- Face and Body Products
- Hair Products
- Hair Extensions
- Hair Styling Accessories
- Nail Products
- Bags
How to Return:
- Ensure your item(s) meets the conditions outlined above.
- Include the packing slip: If you have your packing slip, please include it with your return. If you do not have the packing slip, please include a copy of the original order confirmation.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please use a carrier of your choice to return the item to us. Please make sure to make note of your return tracking number.

Refunds: Once we receive your return and verify that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Warranty Terms
Limited 1-Year Warranty: Applicable to all heated hair appliances
The Head Kandy LLC Warranty, for appliances, is only eligible for the original purchaser of the Head Kandy appliance and is non-transferable. Original sales receipt for proof of purchase must be provided to attain warranty provisions. Head Kandy LLC offers a Pro-Rated 1-Year Warranty for all Head Kandy appliances. If an appliance is no longer sold or available, you may be eligible for an upgrade. Upgrade and warranty replacement fee may apply. Upgrade replacements will be made with a similar product of equal or greater value.
For 1 year from the date of purchase, Head Kandy LLC will replace, on its own accord, any Head Kandy appliance or parts found to be defective. This warranty does not cover any shipping or handling charges which may incur. This warranty does not include any damages caused by misuse, accident, neglect, abuse, use with a voltage other than what’s marked on the product, or for commercial purposes. This warranty does not cover cosmetic issues to an appliance or acts of natural ware and tear.
