So everyone has different skin. My psoriasis isn't open on my scalp. If it was I wouldn't use this on it. I use this everyday with the charcoal shampoo and conditioner. Its day three and I already feel and see huge difference with irritations and flakes. I absolutely love this product and will keep buying! One last thing… this product is thin and can easily run into your face and eyes. The peppermint would not feel good on eyes. Keep head tilted back for 2-4 till you rinse.
